<description>For this conceptual project, students were to chose a pre-existing and well-known brand and develop a line of skin care products. The key factor in deciding upon a brand was that it was not currently affiliated with a skin care line of products. The challenge was then to maintain equity within the brand and translate that into skin care.

Altoids has always been a product meant for a mass audience of both men and women. As a largely popular breath mint in the United States, the mint product is slightly more expensive than the average breath mint price. In maintaining such characteristics, Curious is a skin care product that is clinically proven to cleanse and refresh the skin. The product is meant for both men and women and offers skin care products that clean, treat, and sooth the skin.

<description>For this conceptual project, students were required to select a Fortune 500 company to rebrand. Amongst the list of company logos desperate for rebrand, I was drawn to Host Hotels &#38; Resorts®, a premier lodging real estate company.

With their dated brand identity and use of color, my design objective was to create a new brand identity that had a clear interpretation of luxury, that was not only more up to date and timeless, but minimal and sophisticated.

My initial inspiration rooted from Scandinavian logo designs from the 60's. The final logo incorporated a clean condensed sans-serf with a mark that represented the connection of the real estate and lodging business.

<description>For this conceptual projects, students were to chose a natural phenomenon and create an exhibition that expressed it graphically. Collateral, website, and a book were all aspect of this project.

The natural phenomenon of an Eclipse offered a duality that allowed for much creativity. The shadow was utilized throughout to express an eclipse graphically. A play on solar and lunar became particularly handy with the conceptualization of the book portion of this project. Creating an according style book, the content can be viewed in continuous revolutions from solar to lunar.

<description>For this conceptual project, students were to chose either an existing sugar company or come up with their own. Feeling inspired by Sofia Coppola's take on Marie Antoinette, I chose to create my own brand of sugar which reflected the luxurious life of a queen during 18th century France.

Marie Antoinette Sugar Co. comes in three types of sugar: granulated, powdered, and turbinado, and was designed primarily as tabel sugar in 8oz tins. In addition to loose sugar, Marie Antoinette Sugar Co. Tea Drops are an accompaniment to a late afternoon tea time. Making a cup of tea delightful sweet and fit for a queen.

<description>For this conceptual project, students were to rebrand an existing line of golf balls. With MacGregor's long history and rather unchanged appearance, my objective was to elevate and revitalize the brand while focusing on portability in all types of weather that may
occur on and off the golf course.

Offered in single tubes of 4 balls, each pack of 4 is contained in durable, waterproof, and reusable acrylic tubing. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced balls are easily identified
by a clear color system.

<description>For this conceptual project, students were to choose a brand of brie cheese that they
felt needed to be redesigned. I chose Boursault because I felt that the brand logo and packaging were dated and was ill-fitted for such a unique cheese, rich in history.

My design objective was to not only highlight the french aspects of the brand but to also reflect on tradition while applying a vintage, yet contemporary look and feel. Additionally, there was a strong sense to maintain brand equity due to the popularity of the brand.
